Walk with Me, Talk with Me

Walk with me, talk with me signpostWalk with Me, Talk with Me is our campaign to improve social care.

Think about the things that are important in your life.

Many of them will involve getting out of your house and talking with other people.

Chris's story
Chris and his support worker
Chris Farrow, who has Usher syndrome, talks about how vital social care is for deafblind people.

Think about the journeys you make: visiting friends and family, getting to work, walking to the shops or visiting the gym.

Without the right support, deafblind people can struggle to do these things.

The UK and Welsh governments are separately reviewing the way social care is provided to disabled and older people.

Join our campaign to make sure the system provides everyone with a basic quality of life, including the ability to get out of the house, have a social life, make a contribution to society, and lead a healthy lifestyle.
