Hello My name is Sue Hammet and I’m Orange Community Investment Manager. I think that Orange selected Sense initially because one of our key aims is to make sure communication is accessible to all. And we’re very proud of the partnership with Sense over the last two and a half years. Over that period of time my staff  have managed to raise £470,000.

Hello I’m Kathy Powers More I work for Orange and I work with Sue on the partnership with Sense. Well as you quite well pointed out, I am wearing my flip-flops today because I can’t actually wear shoes because my feet are too painful. I had an amazing time at the Flora London Marathon on Sunday. It was just fantastic and I was delighted to raise funds for Sense. I was also really cheered on fantastically by the supporters egging me on as a Sense fundraiser and also Kathy on my shirt it was C’mon Kathy! C’mon Kathy! You can do it! It was just fantastic, an amazing experience I was just really chuffed to be a part of that.

I would say absolutely get involved, it’s an amazing experience to do, whether it’s the Flora London Marathon or Virgin next year, whether it’s throwing yourself out of a plane, do it for Sense because it’s a very worthwhile cause and they do some fantastic work, so absolutely go for it, get involved.
