The system should be accessible to deafblind people and should take account of how the specific impact of deafblindness relates to eligibility for certain benefits.

The Government is changing many different parts of the benefits system. Our campaigning focuses on changes to Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), which is replacing incapacity benefits.
