Usher information and research survey

Sense is updating the information it makes available on Usher syndrome. Some new factsheets have been developed, but there are gaps in the topics we cover and some people with Usher may have needs we are not currently meeting.
In addition, we would like to find out from you what areas of research you believe is more important for yourself and other people, who either have Usher, or have some contact with people who have Usher.
There are three options for involvement in this survey:
- You can have a one-to-one interview. The researcher will come to you along with any communication support that is required.
- You can respond by post. We can send you the survey by post and you can then return it via a pre-paid envelope.
- You can receive the survey via email. You can then return the survey by emailing it to Yemi Tadesse (contact details below) or you can print it out and post it back to Sense.
Before we can begin the survey, we need to know how many people are interested in taking part.
