Venue: Action Technology Training Suite, Action for Blind People,

Are you affected by sight and hearing loss? Would you like to learn how to search the internet or send an email?

Then come along to a technology taster session - fun and friendly chance to try out something new with advice and support from staff and volunteers from Sense and Action for Blind People

The sessions are part of “Spring Online”, an award winning campaign by Digital Unite, which helps thousands of people learn about and use computers, the internet and other modern technology.

Donna Corrigan, Sense’s Technology Co-ordinator said:

"The technology taster sessions are a great opportunity for deafblind people to have a go at getting online and look at different pieces of equipment to access the internet, such as PCs, laptops and tablet devices, with as little or as much support as they need from Sense and Action for Blind People staff.”
