Background

The Welsh Government is reforming social services in Wales and has outlined its legislative plans in the consultation paper Sustainable Social Services for Wales: A Framework for Action (link to Welsh Government website).

The Welsh Government has used recommendations from the Law Commission's report into Adult Social Care in England and Wales (link to Law Commission website).

The consultation documents are available on the Welsh Government website.

Joint sensory loss sector response to the National Assembly's Bill consultation (Stage 1)
