Sense appoints Gillian Morbey, OBE as Chief Executive

Sense, the leading deafblind charity, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gillian Morbey as Chief Executive. Gill has been interim CEO since October 2010.
Sense’s Chairman, John Crabtree, comments:
"I am delighted that Gill has accepted this position on a permanent basis. With over 25 years experience in the sector, she is recognised both in the UK and internationally for her contribution to supporting deafblind people. Sense will undoubtedly benefit enormously from Gill’s knowledge, experience and expertise”.
John continues, "Gill is passionate about supporting deafblind people, their families and carers and will, I am sure, provide the leadership necessary for the organisation to meet the challenging times ahead that we all face within our sector".
